Damianos Realty Group LLC is a family-owned and operated commercial real estate company with nearly two million square feet of premier properties across Long Island. Founded in 1968 by the late Dr. Xenophon Damianos, the company is now proudly led by his sons, X. Cristofer and Pelops Damianos. For more than five decades, Damianos Realty Group has built a reputation for excellence in development, redevelopment, construction, property management, and leasing, creating and maintaining some of Long Island’s most distinguished commercial buildings.
“I’ve been fortunate to witness the dedication to growth and excellence that my grandfather instilled in my father and uncles,” said Alexandra Damianos Burk. “It’s something that’s always inspired me. In our family, we believe in doing things the right way, with care and integrity. Growth isn’t just about acquiring or developing properties; It’s about creating places we’re proud to own, where our tenants are proud to be, and our vendors are proud to work alongside us. I’m truly honored to continue what my family started and carry it forward for the next generation.”
Damianos Realty Group focuses on acquiring well-located properties with strong potential. Each acquisition undergoes a complete renovation to its lobbies, hallways, restrooms, conference facilities, fitness centers, and other key amenities to meet the company’s Class A+ portfolio standards. The company’s most recent acquisition, 50 Charles Lindbergh Boulevard in Uniondale, is slated to undergo a full renovation in the coming months.
“Working in the family business has always been a dream of mine,” added Jason Damianos. “Working summers during high school and when home from college helped me learn all aspects of the company. Now, working for over 2 years full time and being a part of the acquisition and redevelopment process has been a fun journey, and I am looking forward to see what else we can accomplish together.”
