Shirley NY. (July 26, 2018) — Damianos Realty Group LLC today announced the acquisition of the Floyd Harbor Retail Center. The center, located at the corner of Montauk Highway and William Floyd Parkway is 64,000 square feet and sits on 6.2 acres of land. The seller was M. Parisi & Son Construction Company, Inc.
The retail center was built by Parisi in 2007. It is currently 17% occupied by tenants Applebee’s and AT&T.
This acquisition is the second retail center in Damianos Realty Group’s portfolio; the first being
Center Moriches Square, Center Moriches, NY.
