Damianos Realty Group acquires 50 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. office

Uniondale, NY Damianos Realty Group LLC has acquired 50 Charles Lindbergh Blvd., a multi-tenanted office building located in Nassau County’s business corridor. This purchase marks a milestone in Damianos Realty Group’s expansion throughout the Long Island commercial real estate market.

Damianos Realty was represented by John Finn, director of leasing and acquisitions at Damianos Realty Group.

50 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. is a six-story office building located in Mitchell Field. Known for its distinctive glass and stone façade, the building offers over 240,000 s/f of professional and corporate office space. Its design and presence make it a standout property in the area. 

50 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. offers access to the Meadowbrook Pkwy. and Southern State Pkwy., and is near the Nassau Coliseum, Hofstra University, and Eisenhower Park. The location provides connectivity to public transportation, dining, retail, and other amenities.

Damianos Realty plans to fully renovate 50 Charles Lindbergh Blvd. as part of its commitment to maintaining a best-in-class portfolio. Interior upgrades will include a complete redesign of the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and amenity spaces including conference facility, fitness center and café.
