SMITHTOWN– Over the summer months, we watched the major renovations being completed at 180 East Main Street. While wailing for a light at anyone of the four comers of town, we glanced over at the daily progress and thought, what could possibly be done to improve the look of this stately, handsome property? Damianos Eyes New Med Center Near BMH

EAST PATCHOGUE- Hoping to develop one of the last pieces of vacant land in the vicinity of Brookhaven Memorial Hospital, the Damianos Realty Group is moving ahead with plans for an office development valued at $7 million. The Smithtown-based developer is in contract to acquire the five-acre parcel on Hospital Road, subject to Brookhaven Town’s approval to develop the project. Currently, Damianos has plans to develop a 50,000-square-foot speculative medical office facility. Damianos principal Chris Damianos said the project could feature either one large building or two smaller sites. Damianos Realty Group celebrates opening of new headquarters

Smithtown, NY: Principals of Damianos Realty Group, accompanied by a host of public officials, marked the opening of the company’s new headquarters in the heart of the historic district of Smithtown’s Village of The Branch at a Dec. 11 ribbon cutting. The new offices, which total 11,000 square feet, feature lots of glass and black wood and shades of gray and white.
