John E. Damianos, Esq.

John Damianos is a Principal and Manager of Property Management as well as Legal Counsel for the Damianos Realty Group, LLC. Joining the family business in 1980, Mr. Damianos’ main responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all the firm's established properties. In addition, he takes an active role in the preparation and development of new development projects.

Together with his Property Management team, Mr. Damianos has consistently worked towards providing an exceptional environment for our tenants, closely adhering to the special design qualities of each project.

A member of the Suffolk County Bar Association since 1982, Mr. Damianos has been influential in the success of the organization, directing all matters relating to the Company’s acquisitions, leasing, operations and real estate transactions.

Mr. Damianos has also devoted his time as a board member of his community’s Greek Church, a board member of the Middle Country Growth Coalition and the Long Island Building Owners-Managers Association (BOMA).

A graduate of Long Island University, Mr. Damianos earned his Juris Doctor from the California School of Law. He currently resides in Setauket.
